During your wellness vacation at Frohsinn, you will enjoy the majestic mountains of the Allgäu Alps not only on extensive hiking tours. When taking advantage of our sauna, it is essential to soak in the stunning views of the mountain range from our panorama sauna. In the warm waters of the swimming pool and whirlpool, relaxation comes all by itself.
Saunas
Who has the choice... At Frohsinn Hotel, the 450 m² (4844 sq. ft.) wellness area leaves almost no wish unfulfilled. Sweat in our classic Finnish sauna at 85° Celcius (185° Fahrenheit), or if you don't like it quite that hot, relax in the herbal sauna. Saunas strengthen your body's defences and gets your circulation going.
Infrared cabin & salt cave
In our infrared cabins, you will feel amazing and at the same time improve your blood circulation and metabolism. The special climate in the salt caves allows you to breathe deeply. The high humidity and salt content in the air gives your respiratory system a much needed breather.
Swimming pool
Dive in and enjoy. Take a few laps in the 29-degree-Celcius (84.2° Fahrenheit) warm water of the swimming pool and simply let your mind drift away. Every Monday, more movement comes into play: aqua gymnastics is on the active program! Have you already joined in?
Whirlpool
Sit back, enjoy the view and unwind in the comfortably warm water to end your day. Sounds tempting, doesn't it? The gentle underwater massage stimulates circulation, alleviating tension in the back.
